The Great Clara, a failed illusionist who is saddened by her husband’s involvement in World War II, to the best of her ability tries to occupy the minds of war startled Europe. Her vaudeville act suffers greatly making her center of a huge spectacle that starts to take a life of it’s own. She is faced with the decision of taking on her role of failed enchantress with pride or welcoming her role as the growingly insane court jester.
